ICTAC offers customized service packages for your online meeting and video conferencing needs. Features depend on the number of speakers, time zones, training and conference setup. We offer parallel meeting hosting with breakout rooms or multiple licenses and can serve clients around the globe in all time zones.

Video Conference Package I: Basic service (Silver)

  • Basic video platform software features (Zoom Meetings Pro plan – limited meeting capacity up to 100 participants, single user license, 100 GB storage)
  • Live session hosting
  • Speaker and chair training (group training)
  • Conference pre-event management
  • Basic video editing for video-on-demand solutions
  • Event setup including link creation and management
  • Basic branding (video welcome slides, tutorials, training material, graphics)

Starting at 750 Euro per event day

Video Conference Package II: Premium service (Gold)

  • Complete video platform software (Zoom Meetings – United Business plan, up to 300 participants, 100 GB storage for 1 month)
  • Live session hosting and chat management
  • Speaker and chair training (group training and 1:1 training)
  • Conference pre-event management
  • Basic video editing for video-on-demand solutions
  • Event setup including link creation and management
  • Training material and test runs for session hosts
  • Basic branding and graphics

Starting at 850 Euro per event day

Video Conference Package III: Full service (Platinum)

  • Complete video platform software (Zoom – Enterprise United plan, unlimited capacity, unlimited storage)
  • Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar feature with session hosts
  • Live-session hosting and chat management
  • Breakout room management with room hosts
  • Speaker and chair training (group training and 1:1 training)
  • Same day video-on-demand provision (recorded sessions available within 1-2 hours)
  • Conference pre- and post-event management
  • Video-editing for video-on-demand solutions
  • Event setup including link creation and management
  • Complete branding on registrations
  • Access to all video recordings up to 3 months after event ended
  • Advanced reporting on session stats during and after event
  • Creation of video welcome slides and social media promo graphics

Starting at 1500 Euro per event day


Ictac provides full video platform and session hosting for your event. All packages can be customized and prices vary depending on the features selected.

Additional costs apply for graphics and branding such as creation of video welcome slides, tutorials, training material, graphics, video trailers. Packages do not include admin, post-event management, full reports on all event stats and pre-event team meetings requiring demos and trainings. We also need to charge extra fees for parallel session hosting requiring two or more Zoom hosts.

We also offer Zoom hosting for smaller events and run webinars for you. Hourly rates start at €200.

ICTAC does not charge taxes on educational services provided in Europe.
