ICTAC conferencing accounts are protected by two passcodes (Host and Participant) which are event-related. Hosts are monitoring each session and check speakers in manually. 

Email lists and registrants are being screened against spam or false accounts. Our project managers are in constant exchange with event organizers. Only pre-approved users can get into a meeting or conference.

We recommend to secure access to your online event with password-protected pages for specific conferences.
